Provides fund administration, accounting, client service, NAV and fee calculations, investor allocations, reconciliations, payment processing, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, regulatory compliance, and process improvement for assigned client portfolios.

Manage end-to-end fund accounting for Luxembourg real estate fund structures, including NAV calculations, capital accounts, management fees, and real estate transaction recording. Support month/quarter/year-end closes, investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, audits, and regulatory reporting (AIFMD/CSSF). Coordinate with AML/KYC, transfer agency, legal, administrators, auditors, and valuers. Drive process improvements and support system automation.

Oversee private equity fund accounting, including NAV calculations, capital accounts, waterfalls, carried interest, fees, expenses, transactions, valuations, and financial reporting. Review statements, investor packages, audits, tax-related information, and regulatory compliance. Lead and develop fund accounting teams, manage stakeholders, improve controls and processes, and support Investran or Geneva implementations.
