Lead and develop an offshore sales development team to drive high-volume inbound and outbound lead generation for US and EMEA. Own team performance, prospecting, CRM reporting, rapid lead follow-up (15-minute target), and cross-functional alignment with sales and marketing to meet/exceed lead targets.

Support and improve IT service management processes (incident, problem, change), coordinate with stakeholders to meet SLAs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure efficient delivery of technology services to clients.

Processes client orders and legal documents across multiple jurisdictions and systems. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining records, managing portfolios, coordinating project updates, reviewing filings, fulfilling orders, and resolving documentation issues. The role requires accurate, timely work, strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
