Lead a client-facing fund accounting team for global hedge, private equity and debt funds. Manage complex fund structures, NAV preparation, investor capital processing, fee and carried interest calculations, investor and fund reporting, and accounting for structured instruments. Supervise, mentor, allocate work, and liaise with clients across global shifts.

Provide operational support and development for enterprise identity and access systems (Ping Identity/ForgeRock). Build features, perform unit testing, create QA test steps, update ITSM/process documentation, troubleshoot incidents, mentor juniors, and collaborate with global security, development, and product teams to improve authentication, SSO/MFA, and identity governance.

Lead and develop an offshore sales development team to drive high-volume inbound and outbound lead generation for US and EMEA. Own team performance, prospecting, CRM reporting, rapid lead follow-up (15-minute target), and cross-functional alignment with sales and marketing to meet/exceed lead targets.
