Manages supplier performance, capacity, continuity, negotiations, and supply chain disruption resolution. Leads cross-functional improvement projects, analyzes sourcing and spend data, drives cost reduction and capacity ramp-up, supports supplier agreements, and presents recommendations to procurement leadership. Ensures uninterrupted manufacturing supply through risk mitigation, governance, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and strong supplier collaboration.

Lead and manage all plant functions and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, deliverables, and continuous improvement goals. Develop strategy, budgets, and staffing; coach employees; manage labor relations and outside processing (OSP) operations; ensure health, safety, and compliance with export controls; and drive engagement and operational performance within the supply chain.

Leads end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple locations, including material planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, transportation, inventory optimization, and supplier performance. Manages daily operations, continuous improvement, KPIs, corrective actions, operating plans, and supply chain initiatives. Oversees outsourced service provider facilities, mitigates supplier constraints, ensures delivery, quality, cost, and operational performance, and manages, coaches, and develops supply chain staff.
