Partners with manufacturing business leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies, improve organizational effectiveness, lead change management, coach leaders, support succession planning, and strengthen employee engagement and culture. The role oversees HR strategy for two plants with 400+ employees and a significant flex workforce, requiring strong stakeholder management, industrial relations awareness, workforce planning, data-driven decision-making, and on-site leadership in a remote manufacturing location.

Provides administrative support for customer order management, including order entry, parts allocation, export and shipping documentation, data maintenance, cleansing, customer setup, credit and debit administration, and internal reporting. Works under supervision to ensure accurate and timely order processing, maintain system data quality, support order lifecycle activities, and identify process improvements. Requires basic Microsoft Office skills, communication abilities, and preferably exposure to order management, customer service, supply chain, or ERP systems.

Designs and documents integrated technology solutions by analyzing business and technical requirements, defining architectures, validating integrations, supporting testing, configuring systems, and implementing data migrations. Collaborates with stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams, and service providers to resolve issues and ensure quality, security, privacy, performance, scalability, and compliance. Maintains technical documentation, participates in design and cybersecurity reviews, supports application projects, and identifies opportunities for process and solution improvements.
