Maintain general ledger, prepare month-end close and reconciliations, analyze P&L variances, support tax and statutory filings and audits (TDS, GST, transfer pricing), prepare tax provisions, partner with business units, and improve financial controls and reporting.

Lead and manage all plant functions and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, deliverables, and continuous improvement goals. Develop strategy, budgets, and staffing; coach employees; manage labor relations and outside processing (OSP) operations; ensure health, safety, and compliance with export controls; and drive engagement and operational performance within the supply chain.

Lead and deliver multiple supply chain planning projects from initiation through implementation. Define scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources; track progress and report to stakeholders; drive change management and adoption; use project management tools and quality methods to improve planning effectiveness and operational outcomes.
