The Planning Engineer is responsible for project scheduling, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure projects meet contract requirements.

Supervise and manage soft services including landscape and horticulture maintenance, nursery and seasonal planting, housekeeping, garbage management, and township road sweeping to maintain grounds and displays.

Provide helpdesk support and coordinate facilities management services: handle internal calls for issues, queries, stationery and cafeteria bookings; assist with VIP visits, client meetings, town halls and events; notify FM of observed issues and coordinate with teams. Must work shifts and maintain professional grooming and communication.
