Shapes pursuit storylines and win themes, translates complex technical content into clear visuals, ensures brand compliance and production accuracy, and maintains reusable templates and design assets. Collaborates with proposal managers, sales, marketing, and creative teams while managing multiple deadline-driven pursuits.

Lead product design for SaaS applications supporting sales and marketing workflows. Responsibilities include user research, UX/UI design, prototyping, usability testing, design system development, interaction design, and close collaboration with product managers, engineers, users, and fellow designers. The role requires translating complex systems into simple experiences, communicating design rationale, assessing requirements and risks, and delivering polished web-based interfaces aligned with company goals.
