Acquire and manage a diversified SME lending portfolio (up to ₹100 Crore segment), drive revenue through assets and cross-sell (trade, cash, treasury, fees), ensure portfolio monitoring and low delinquencies, perform due diligence and KYC/AML compliance, execute IBG4 strategy, and engage local stakeholders to grow market share and profitability.
