Acquire and manage SME and business banking lending relationships, achieving portfolio revenue and profitability targets through asset, trade, cash, treasury, and fee-product sales. Conduct client due diligence, coordinate sanctions and disbursements, monitor credit portfolios, manage renewals and covenants, identify early warning signals, and maintain compliance with lending, KYC, AML, and audit requirements. Build local market relationships, increase customer wallet share, and provide reporting and risk intelligence to management.

Acquire and manage a diversified SME (IBG4) portfolio, source new-to-bank asset relationships, cross-sell trade/cash/treasury products, ensure timely sanctions/disbursements, monitor portfolio performance and delinquencies, meet revenue targets, comply with KYC/AML and bank policies, and engage local stakeholders to grow market share.

Manage end-to-end settlement of global Bond and Repo trades, including trade validation, settlement instructions, exception resolution, failed-trade investigation, and operational risk control. Ensure regulatory and SOP compliance, maintain process documentation, support data-driven operating improvements, reduce manual workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and service quality.
