Teams at DeepIntent

Lead the engineering organization responsible for DeepIntent’s AI-powered customer experience, including iOS and Android apps. Own mobile architecture, delivery, releases, quality, monitoring, and reliability. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmaps and outcomes, while supporting AI benchmarking through test harnesses, data pipelines, and dashboards. Establish standards for code quality, testing, observability, security, and healthcare-grade privacy while mentoring engineers and engineering managers.

Deploys and maintains Kubernetes-based microservices infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, AWS services, databases, and distributed data systems. Automates administration with Bash or Python, manages Linux environments using Ansible and Terraform, troubleshoots networking and load balancing, and partners with developers to improve application reliability and performance.

Responsible for building and operating data architectures, creating data pipelines, and implementing DataOps practices to support data scientists and engineers.
