Lead the architecture and technology strategy for a cloud-native regulatory reporting platform. Responsibilities include defining the technology roadmap, leading architecture reviews, driving scalability, resilience, security and performance improvements, partnering with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure teams, championing DevSecOps, mentoring engineers, and supporting major client initiatives.

Leads the design, optimization, operation, and scalability of Azure-based database platforms supporting high-volume regulatory reporting. Responsibilities include SQL Server and Azure SQL engineering, performance tuning, resilience, automation, cloud adoption, production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. The role mentors engineers, serves as the senior database escalation point, and partners with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Support teams to deliver a secure, scalable platform.

Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests for a regulatory reporting platform. Validate functionality, data quality, and performance; manage defects through resolution; support test automation and continuous improvement; and collaborate with developers, analysts, product teams, and stakeholders. Senior team members lead testing across complex programs and mentor junior engineers.
