Manage end-to-end production support for capital markets post-trade applications. Lead incident and problem management per ITIL, drive root-cause analysis, support releases and DR, monitor batch jobs (Control-M/AutoSys), troubleshoot across Unix/Windows/Java/databases, collaborate with global tech and business teams, mentor junior engineers, and identify automation and operational improvements.

Lead production support for capital markets post-trade systems (derivatives settlements), manage major incidents, problem/change management using ITIL, drive DR and operational readiness, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor SLAs/KPIs, maintain runbooks, and lead automation and CI/CD for high-availability environments.
