Build and maintain scalable AWS data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, Spark, and AWS services. Responsibilities include full software development lifecycle activities, backend development with Java, database work, REST API integration, customer interaction, solution analysis, performance optimization, logging, scalability, and maintainability. The role also involves mentoring and onboarding colleagues, contributing to large-scale web solutions, and working with Git, CI/CD, and Maven.

Provide production support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, OMS, and related e-commerce systems. Investigate incidents, integration failures, transaction issues, and operational exceptions; analyze root causes; monitor order flows; coordinate incident resolution; and communicate status to stakeholders. Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and RCA records while identifying recurring risks and process improvements. The role requires independent judgment, strong technical analysis, and collaboration across engineering, product, business, client, and third-party teams.
