Own the product vision and roadmap for a strategic data warehouse migration to Google Cloud. Translate regulatory, risk, finance, and business needs into prioritized delivery plans; coordinate stakeholders, engineering teams, and architects; manage backlogs, milestones, blockers, testing, and decommissioning. Lead Agile improvements, change management, user adoption, and team collaboration while providing technical and domain guidance across locations.

Performs Oracle database analysis, development, debugging, testing, performance tuning, and L3 application support. Develops stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL queries; prepares designs, test cases, release notes, and implementation scripts. Provides production issue solutions, leads junior and mid-level developers, and collaborates with multi-region teams. The role also supports database and data warehouse design and may use ETL, cloud, and Python technologies.

Analyzes business requirements, translates them into functional specifications, assesses change impacts, designs target-state processes, develops solution roadmaps, and coordinates with project management, engineering, and business stakeholders. The role supports complex transformation programs and platform services while applying business analysis, process improvement, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and responsible AI practices.
