Develop and maintain Python-based engineering solutions on GCP and the Thought Machine Vault Core platform. Responsibilities include smart contract development, API integration, cloud data engineering, testing, debugging, continuous delivery automation, software upgrades, documentation, application migration, and stakeholder collaboration within agile projects.

Configure, implement, support, and test Coupa Risk Assess solutions, including workflows, reporting, release testing, incident resolution, documentation, and configuration changes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and platform owners to assess requirements, ensure functional fit, meet SLAs, and deliver improvements aligned with best practices. The role requires strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Reviews recorded client and relationship manager conversations to verify trade details, document agreed information in product-specific templates, identify discrepancies, and escalate exceptions. Maintains accurate production records, control reports, audit evidence, and follow-ups while meeting SLAs and quality standards. The role requires Mandarin and/or Cantonese comprehension, strong business English, attention to detail, financial terminology knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and effective teamwork, reporting, and process-improvement support.
