Partners with Sales, Sales Engineering, channel partners, and global marketing teams; localizes campaigns and messaging; manages budgets and logistics; and measures program performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, Mandarin writing fluency, and up to 20% travel.

Architects, configures, and improves DigiCert’s NetSuite financial systems across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report. Owns support ticket triage, prioritization, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and durable fixes. Delivers small and medium system changes end-to-end, including requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and handoff. Builds financial reporting and dashboards, maintains integrated platforms, and ensures access controls, segregation of duties, audit readiness, and data governance.

Designs and operates end-to-end data products on Databricks, including ingestion, transformation, streaming pipelines, APIs, applications, and curated datasets. Partners with stakeholders to clarify needs, prototype solutions, and deliver secure, scalable production systems. Responsibilities include data governance, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, technical design, code reviews, and mentoring. The role requires strong SQL, Python, PySpark, cloud, event-streaming, backend, and data-modeling expertise.

Designs and operates scalable data and machine learning platforms using Databricks, Python, SQL, Spark, and PySpark. Builds batch, streaming, and production ML pipelines; manages Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow, governance, data quality, observability, and model deployment. Partners with data scientists and business teams, optimizes performance and costs, contributes to platform architecture, mentors engineers, and documents operational practices.
