Maintain and support Oracle EBS Finance, particularly Accounts Receivable and its integrations with systems such as PA and OM. Investigate and resolve incidents and defects across end-to-end finance processes, execute customer requests, follow documented standards, and improve service quality and productivity. The role also requires ecosystem oversight, customer-focused support, issue prioritization and escalation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across the Finance Applications Team.

Supports and enhances Oracle eBusiness Suite finance applications covering Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Projects, and General Ledger. Maintains global and country-specific solutions, develops and customizes Oracle EBS objects, creates database components and reports, and uses APIs and interface tables. Partners with architects, process owners, customers, and finance application teams to resolve issues, deliver tested implementations, maintain documentation, and meet quality and timeline requirements.

Owns and governs global Record to Report processes across technologies, driving standardization, controls, digitalization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Leads finance process transformation, business cases, related projects, SLA management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination across global teams. Ensures processes align with organizational strategy, quality standards, efficiency objectives, and business continuity requirements.
