Lead enterprise architecture for logistics: define multi-year platform, data, security, and automation roadmaps; chair architecture review board; set platform, integration, cloud, IaC/CI-CD, observability, data mesh, streaming, MLOps, and security standards; govern RPA and intelligent automation; build and coach a central architecture team; advise executives and represent with vendors and cloud providers.

The Executive is responsible for optimizing yard operations, planning team rosters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, enhancing team performance, and maintaining safety standards.

Lead and manage contract logistics programs focusing on execution, client relations, operational excellence, risk management, and financial performance.

Manage operational efficiency and account health for logistics clients. Serve as primary client liaison, resolve issues, drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell, build relationships, monitor KPIs, produce dashboards, and lead regular review meetings and escalations.

Lead and perform financial, operational, systems and process audits across business units; support risk assessment and annual audit planning; plan and execute audit fieldwork, report findings, recommend internal control improvements, use data analytics (Power BI), follow up on remediation, and develop standardized audit procedures and checklists.

Manage end-to-end procurement of operational supplies (branding, gifting, safety, consumables). Coordinate with stakeholders to define specifications, develop new suppliers, negotiate terms, ensure Oracle PR/PO compliance, drive cost optimization, track contracts and invoices, and support implementation with strong market knowledge and supplier relationship management.

Drive EXIM sales for rail and inland terminal services by acquiring and retaining customers, managing accounts, coordinating stakeholders (BCOs, shipping lines, CHAs, freight forwarders), promoting multimodal logistics solutions, ensuring smooth customs clearance and cargo movement, and maintaining sales pipelines, CRM records and sales MIS to meet targets.

Lead software design and architecture while mentoring engineers. Advocate for business strategies, ensure operational excellence, and foster collaboration across teams in a global trade environment.
