Builds talent pipelines, partners with business leaders, manages recruiters, drives employer branding, improves candidate experience, uses recruitment technology and analytics, and supports diversity hiring, succession planning, and workforce initiatives. The role requires substantial talent acquisition experience, leadership capability, stakeholder management, and industry experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, e-commerce, manufacturing, or related sectors.
