Leads project execution, mechanical and electrical engineering, facility operations, utilities, maintenance, commissioning, vendor management, statutory compliance, budgeting, HSE, and operational readiness for a large logistics park. Oversees MEP systems, warehouses, infrastructure, contractors, asset reliability, utility performance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective, and reliable operations.

Serve as the techno-functional SME for Oracle EPM, primarily EPBCS and additional modules including FCCS, ARCS, or PCMCS. Design, configure, integrate, enhance, and support global planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, manage implementations and vendors, ensure governance and stability, mentor team members, and drive AI-enabled automation and continuous improvement.

Manage rail, yard, warehouse, gate, and container terminal operations while meeting turnaround, SLA, productivity, safety, compliance, and customer service targets. Responsibilities include train loading and unloading, documentation, customs and railway compliance, inventory control, reporting, equipment utilization, vendor and surveyor coordination, audits, shrinkage control, cost savings, and operational KPI achievement.
