Supports senior leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating across time zones, handling confidential matters, organizing stakeholders and logistics, and maintaining follow-ups. The role also builds scalable administrative processes, collaborates with other executive assistants, and uses AI and productivity tools to automate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency. Global travel of approximately 40% is required.

Provide commercial legal support for India and APAC transactions, primarily drafting and negotiating enterprise customer, SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnership agreements. Advise sales and business teams on data protection, technology, AI, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and cross-border data issues. Develop regional contract templates, playbooks, and policies while helping the company manage legal risk and support high-growth go-to-market initiatives.

Handle editing and polishing of AI-generated audiobooks, ensuring quality tone, pacing, and alignment with authors. Collaborate in post-production processes.
