Provide mainframe network system programming support, fulfill service requests, manage network products, and support migration and disaster recovery for clients.

Lead complex client deployments and product engineering. Provide AWS expertise, manage systems, troubleshoot issues, and train new team members. Act as a team leader and technical point of escalation.
