Directs strategy and roadmaps for network products, conducts client and market research, develops business plans, writes requirements, and partners with engineering and delivery teams. Monitors product performance, pricing, competition, and market trends. Supports network, security, and telephony projects, including issue prioritization and internal product and solution support.

Designs, implements, administers, and optimizes enterprise VMware and Nutanix virtualization environments. Leads datacenter migrations, infrastructure upgrades, platform consolidations, and modernization initiatives. Provides advanced troubleshooting, capacity planning, performance optimization, monitoring, root cause analysis, and operational support. Develops automation using PowerShell, PowerCLI, and Python, coordinates with stakeholders and vendors, creates technical documentation, and mentors junior engineers. The role operates within 24/7 rotational shifts.

Provides senior technical leadership for complex distributed infrastructure and private cloud environments. Coordinates OS, virtualization, network, storage, middleware, database, and VDI teams; leads major incident and escalation resolution; drives MTTR, SLA adherence, reliability, and service improvement. The role coaches technical teams, manages client and stakeholder engagement, partners with onshore technical leadership, and provides hands-on expertise across Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure.
