Designs and manages field and commercial variety trials, evaluates hybrid performance, analyzes trial data, supports seed supply and new variety selection, and provides technical positioning and support to Breeding, Product Management, and Sales teams for successful commercial introduction.

Contribute to cucumber and pumpkin breeding programs by planning and executing breeding activities, selecting lines, evaluating crop traits, maintaining breeding records, planning trials and seed handover, and collaborating with the senior breeder while developing breeding skills and implementing new traits and technologies.
