Manages ServiceNow intake, Jira user stories, SLA tracking, reporting, Salesforce access provisioning, and license audits. Requires rotational on-call and weekend coverage, strong client communication, and Salesforce Platform Developer I and Administrator certifications.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and models on GCP; integrate, cleanse, and prepare large datasets; implement data quality checks and security best practices; troubleshoot data issues; mentor junior data engineers and review their work.
