Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support in a 24/7 rotational environment. Responsibilities include incident triage, Linux and microservices monitoring, log analysis, root cause investigations, deployments, configuration updates, system health checks, and cross-team escalation. The role also maintains runbooks, automates operational tasks, troubleshoots cloud-based systems and databases, and supports software testing, performance, and quality engineering activities.

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support in a 24/7 rotational environment. Monitor microservices, integrations, and Linux systems; investigate incidents, perform log analysis and root-cause investigations, maintain environments and deployments, and coordinate escalations with development teams. Create runbooks and technical documentation while using scripting, cloud platforms, SQL, Java code inspection, and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues within SLAs.

Develop and validate AI and machine learning models across credit risk, marketing, fraud, and account management domains. Use GCP to automate workflows, prepare training data, develop algorithms, and execute AI validation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies, support model risk management policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and apply industry best practices. The role requires advanced Python and SQL skills, model validation experience, and knowledge of financial risk models.
