Own the product strategy and roadmap for freight commercial workflows, including quoting, rating, pricing, and booking across air and ocean freight. Translate logistics domain expertise into enterprise product requirements, partner with engineering, design, commercial, and go-to-market teams, conduct customer discovery, define success metrics, and drive products through launch and iteration. Evaluate AI/ML, agentic pricing, real-time rate distribution, and evolving industry standards.

Generates leads and acquires new clients for software and web services. Responsibilities include cold outreach, networking, presentations, product demonstrations, solution proposals, quotations, negotiations, relationship management, sales target achievement, CRM updates, and coordination with technical and project teams. The role is remote but requires travel for client meetings and business development activities when needed.
