The role requires advising management, challenging non-compliant practices, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating with UAE regulators while working primarily from India and traveling to the UAE as needed.

Independent Risk Officer responsible for developing and improving risk management frameworks, maintaining risk registers, assessing controls, monitoring operational and technology risks, and reporting to senior management. The role covers operational resilience, business continuity, cybersecurity, third-party risk, incidents, and regulatory submissions under the CBUAE framework. The position is primarily remote from India, supports a UAE office, and requires occasional travel to the UAE.
