Lead enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, and Apache Spark. Design cloud-native lakehouse platforms, ingestion and transformation frameworks, governance models, security controls, and scalable batch and real-time pipelines. Establish architecture standards, medallion patterns, lineage, metadata, data quality, and performance optimization. Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders, lead architecture reviews, translate requirements into technical solutions, and mentor data engineering teams.

Manage intraday staffing and service levels for operations in Noida, India, and the Philippines. Responsibilities include monitoring schedule adherence, analyzing intraday performance, creating accurate reports, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting service-level objectives through workforce management processes.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated web and API tests; build automation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines. Manage testing deliverables, participate in Agile ceremonies, perform database validation, communicate with clients, and train testing teams. The role also involves estimating automation projects and may include GenAI/LLM model testing.
