Manages the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and monitoring client and vendor agreements. Identifies and mitigates legal, commercial, financial, compliance, privacy, and security risks; maintains contract repositories, risk registers, templates, governance processes, obligation tracking, and dashboards. Collaborates with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Risk, and business stakeholders, supports audits and disputes, and provides contractual guidance.

Design business logic, algorithms, parallel-processing solutions, and cloud integrations. Write batch graphs, tests, technical documentation, and performance-optimized code while following code management best practices. Collaborate with senior developers and solution designers, work independently, and contribute to a fast-paced, fail-fast development environment.

Leads end-to-end performance testing across SaaS applications, APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms. Designs load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests; analyzes application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks; monitors systems with observability tools; validates Kubernetes performance; integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines; produces stakeholder-facing reports; supports performance tuning; and mentors junior engineers.
