Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for CPQ, product/SKU architectures, and Lead-to-Opportunity integrations. Owns UAT, release validation, regression testing, and defect logging. Investigates cross-system data discrepancies with SQL, triages integration issues across Salesforce, Marketo, Workato, NetSuite, and coordinates requirements, backlog, and stakeholder communication to maintain revenue system integrity.

Monitor high-velocity platform data and proactively identify/resolving performance issues for strategic CDN accounts. Lead live event monitoring, coordinate maintenance and incident responses, develop runbooks and global monitoring policies, and drive problem management with engineering to improve platform resilience.

The Business Systems Analyst will support Billing Systems and Order-to-Cash operations, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and improve processes within the billing ecosystem.

Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations for billing operations, especially CPQ. Investigate and resolve billing data discrepancies across Salesforce, LogiSense, and NetSuite. Build automations, support users, perform root-cause analysis with stakeholders, monitor system performance, and improve documentation and billing workflows.
