Own close/won order processing in CPQ, ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition, manage auto-renewals and non-standard deals, support SOX remediation, assist deal strategy analysis, test and maintain automation tools (LogiSense/Commissionable Events), and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

The Business Systems Analyst will support Billing Systems and Order-to-Cash operations, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and improve processes within the billing ecosystem.

Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations for billing operations, especially CPQ. Investigate and resolve billing data discrepancies across Salesforce, LogiSense, and NetSuite. Build automations, support users, perform root-cause analysis with stakeholders, monitor system performance, and improve documentation and billing workflows.
