Lead and develop a software engineering team while providing technical guidance on scalable platform and API solutions. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, managing performance and hiring, translating stakeholder requirements, improving engineering processes, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and resolving systemic delivery and reliability obstacles. The role requires hands-on technical judgment across Node.js, GraphQL, React, AWS, distributed systems, API design, and modern DevOps practices.

Leads Salesforce engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, technical direction, delivery, and quality. Owns Salesforce architecture, integrations, data modeling, technical roadmaps, and modernization efforts. Partners with product owners, architects, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage timelines and risks, resolve dependencies, and deliver software releases. Promotes automation, refactoring, knowledge sharing, Agile practices, and continuous process improvement.

Manage and optimize the NetSuite ERP system, develop customizations and integrations, support data migration, and mentor other engineers.
