Teams at Finsmart Accounting

Drive enterprise sales and deal closure for offshore accounting team engagements targeting US corporates and mid-market enterprises. Build relationships with CFOs, controllers, finance leaders, and business owners; generate pipeline through networking and industry events; lead negotiations and onboarding coordination; and expand market presence. Requires accounting outsourcing experience, US market exposure, an established professional network, a valid US visa, and repeated US business travel.

Processes vendor invoices by validating them against purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, obtaining approvals, booking approved invoices, and preparing accounts payable lists. Produces monthly reports and dashboards, manages vendor queries, participates in client review calls, and reports to management. Requires strong English communication, Excel knowledge, and client-call management skills.

Handle accounts receivable follow-ups with US clients, including outstanding payments, timesheet submissions, and approvals. Coordinate with clients, project managers, management, and internal teams; participate in meetings; track pending actions; ensure timely closure; and prepare regular updates. The role requires professional communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office. This is an office-based position in Pune with a 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM shift.
