Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across brands and retailers. Manage the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, integration, ROI measurement, renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation. Analyze customer and product data to provide strategic recommendations, lead executive business reviews, and demonstrate business impact. Serve as the customer voice internally while coordinating billing reviews, issue resolution, product feedback, and process improvements.

Provide technical expertise across pre- and post-sales for enterprise customers: translate requirements into scalable integration solutions, drive onboarding and product deployment, triage technical issues, create integration playbooks and documentation, and liaise with product and engineering to prioritize feature feedback and ensure successful launch and hand-off.

Own global monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP close processes, consolidation, revenue recognition, technical accounting, financial reporting, audits, payroll accounting, finance administration, and accounting systems. Lead policy, controls, process improvements, automation, and financial data architecture while developing a lean accounting team and supporting scalable decision-making across a global technology company.

The AI Livestream Specialist will design and execute livestream experiences using generative AI, managing collaborations and enhancing production quality while staying updated on trends.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for major brands and retailers: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, and expand accounts. Manage pipeline in Salesforce, deliver tailored presentations and proposals, collaborate cross-functionally to refine GTM processes and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Build and own Firework's go-to-market systems and data infrastructure to generate enterprise leads end-to-end. Design CRM architecture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and automated outbound/inbound flows. Partner with Sales to define qualified leads, use AI tooling to prototype lead-gen automations, and continuously test and iterate to grow a qualified pipeline.
