Chief of Staff supporting the Chief Business Officer by leading strategic growth initiatives, evaluating markets and partnerships, building business cases, analyzing performance data, and operationalizing new programs. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, creates dashboards and operating mechanisms, identifies bottlenecks, and turns ambiguous opportunities into measurable outcomes. It suits an analytical, technology-savvy generalist with startup, consulting, finance, or strategy experience who can work remotely from India during U.S. business hours.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across brands and retailers. Manage the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, integration, ROI measurement, renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation. Analyze customer and product data to provide strategic recommendations, lead executive business reviews, and demonstrate business impact. Serve as the customer voice internally while coordinating billing reviews, issue resolution, product feedback, and process improvements.

Provide technical expertise across pre- and post-sales for enterprise customers: translate requirements into scalable integration solutions, drive onboarding and product deployment, triage technical issues, create integration playbooks and documentation, and liaise with product and engineering to prioritize feature feedback and ensure successful launch and hand-off.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for major brands and retailers: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, and expand accounts. Manage pipeline in Salesforce, deliver tailored presentations and proposals, collaborate cross-functionally to refine GTM processes and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Build and own Firework's go-to-market systems and data infrastructure to generate enterprise leads end-to-end. Design CRM architecture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and automated outbound/inbound flows. Partner with Sales to define qualified leads, use AI tooling to prototype lead-gen automations, and continuously test and iterate to grow a qualified pipeline.
