Teams at Flex

Plans materials for production and customer demand, manages shortages, work orders, inventory, MRB and deviation requests, and supports customer-focused teams. Analyzes material availability and capacity, develops loading schedules, runs planning reports, coordinates shortage closure with purchasing, and supports new product introduction accounts. Uses ERP and planning systems to manage MPS, MRP, demand planning, materials planning, production planning, forecasts, shipments, engineering BOMs, product structures, EOL, and ECO processes.

Analyzes Finance and Treasury business requirements, translates them into functional specifications and solution designs, and supports application implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support. Facilitates stakeholder workshops, process improvement, UAT, defect management, documentation, training, change management, reporting, and data analysis while coordinating with business users, developers, QA teams, and vendors.

Supports engineering change orders, system updates, BOM and technical-document maintenance, customer change coordination, cost and effective-date updates, configuration tracking, and compliance with document-control procedures. The role ensures accurate documentation and coordinates changes among program management, engineering, manufacturing, materials, and customers. It requires manufacturing experience, an electronics-related engineering degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and availability for night shifts.
