Build and maintain Python automation for deploying, migrating, validating, and monitoring Sisense dashboards and Elasticube builds. Administer Sisense environments, troubleshoot reporting issues, develop SQL/T-SQL queries, automate dashboard jobs and alerts, partner with engineering/analytics teams, and document support procedures while improving operational tooling and automation.

Design, develop, and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, queries, ETL, and reporting datasets for FlexTCA. Perform performance tuning, data-load workflows, production support, diagnostics on Unix/Linux, and create Python/shell automation. Collaborate with analytics, data engineering, and product teams and maintain documentation and deployment processes.

Develop, implement and support low-latency trading algorithms and analytics (multi-leg spreads, baskets, market making, VWAP, participation) within the FlexStrategy Server framework. Collaborate with clients and SMEs, enhance back-testing, perform developer and regression testing, produce documentation, and provide client support and installations.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for an IT/software firm including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and payroll support, vendor coordination, employee engagement, compliance and audits, recruitment support, visa/travel coordination, and employee inquiries.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang, build RESTful APIs and microservices, manage AWS cloud infrastructure, integrate Redis caching, optimize performance and security, collaborate across teams, and follow CI/CD and containerization best practices.

Deploy, implement, maintain and debug FlexTrade trading systems for large financial institutions. Customize trading applications, support production environments, perform root-cause analysis using logs, code inspection and database queries, build troubleshooting tools/scripts, and integrate external applications via APIs.

Serve as the technical client-facing contact: troubleshoot and resolve issues, liaise with clients and development/QA, implement and test integrations (including FIX/broker connections and FX liquidity providers), build automation scripts/tools (Shell/Perl/Python/C++), apply patches/releases, publish RCAs, and support onboarding and deployment activities. Rotational morning shifts and occasional holiday/weekend coverage required.

Design, implement, and maintain high-performance FX trading components and low-latency integrations. Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to convert workflows into scalable systems, write comprehensive automated tests (including edge and failure scenarios), produce architecture and design documents, and continuously learn evolving market technologies.
