Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases supporting trading analytics, reporting, ETL, and data validation. Responsibilities include schema design, indexing, partitioning, materialized views, query tuning, production troubleshooting, database deployments, and data integrity checks. Build Python and shell automation for deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and validation. Support Elasticube and reporting workflows across development, QA, and production while collaborating with analytics, engineering, reporting, and product teams.

Develop, implement and support low-latency trading algorithms and analytics (multi-leg spreads, baskets, market making, VWAP, participation) within the FlexStrategy Server framework. Collaborate with clients and SMEs, enhance back-testing, perform developer and regression testing, produce documentation, and provide client support and installations.

Leads global sales strategy and business operations initiatives across sales, client services, marketing, HR, and finance. Develops dashboards, manages operational metrics, coordinates transformation projects, oversees vendors and data quality, and drives process improvement. Supports AI and Copilot implementation, including agent configuration and adoption. Monitors sales and client service performance, synthesizes feedback, prioritizes automation and roadmap initiatives, and manages stakeholders through global projects.
