Hands-on NetSuite administrator/developer responsible for SuiteScript development, SDF deployments, NetSuite customization, SaaS billing automation, EFT/payment gateway setup, and building/maintaining bi-directional Salesforce-NetSuite integrations via Celigo. Owns ticket queue, integration monitoring, data hygiene, and Procure-to-Pay technical configurations.

Build and maintain predictive models and scalable BI reporting to improve sales forecasting, pipeline insights, and core sales KPIs. Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to standardize metrics, transition away from manual forecasting, and deliver repeatable, explainable analytics for proactive decision-making.
