Supervise site execution of indoor and outdoor plant installations, including green walls, moss walls, planters, and container gardens. Manage manpower, materials, installation quality, timelines, vendors, and site coordination. Verify plant condition and placement, track progress and quantities, document site activities, report issues, and support project handover and snag closure.

Plan and execute biophilia and landscaping projects from mobilization through handover. Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, vendors, clients, consultants, architects, and contractors. Conduct site assessments, monitor installation quality, resolve site challenges, track progress, inspect materials and plants, maintain project records, support BOQs and estimates, and complete snagging, reporting, and handover documentation.

Manage accounts receivable activities, including client follow-ups for outstanding payments, debtor aging reports, invoice tracking, reconciliations, invoice submission, payment-query resolution, and timely payment realization.

Own strategic corporate accounts for indoor landscaping solutions, driving client satisfaction, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth. Develop account plans, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate design, installation, horticulture, maintenance, and finance teams, and manage service escalations. Conduct business reviews, site walkthroughs, forecasting, CRM administration, and performance reporting. Build and manage a KAM team while representing client needs in service and product development.
