Manage accounts receivable activities, including client follow-ups for outstanding payments, debtor aging reports, invoice tracking, reconciliations, invoice submission, payment-query resolution, and timely payment realization.

Own strategic corporate accounts for indoor landscaping solutions, driving client satisfaction, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth. Develop account plans, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate design, installation, horticulture, maintenance, and finance teams, and manage service escalations. Conduct business reviews, site walkthroughs, forecasting, CRM administration, and performance reporting. Build and manage a KAM team while representing client needs in service and product development.

Maintain indoor plants across 6–8 sites, including plant care, maintenance, and medication. Communicate effectively with team members and report to on-site personnel. Candidates based in or near South Mumbai and willing to travel by bike are preferred.
