Supports SAP Finance and Controlling operations and change initiatives across global teams. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, issue and root-cause resolution, process optimization, integrations, technical specifications, testing, training, hypercare, vendor coordination, and complex incident management. The role serves as a technical liaison between finance stakeholders and SAP delivery teams while supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and Controlling processes.

Designs, develops, and operates enterprise automation and AI-enabled solutions using ServiceNow, Power Platform, machine learning, and agentic AI. Builds workflows, portals, applications, integrations, and CSM solutions; supports platform modernization, governance, security, testing, and production stability. Provides technical leadership, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and team coaching while driving adoption of emerging automation technologies.

Build and support production MLOps pipelines on GCP using Vertex AI, Airflow, Kubeflow, and related tools. Responsibilities include feature engineering, model deployment, monitoring, retraining, lifecycle management, performance optimization, CI/CD, documentation, and operational support. The role collaborates with data science, data engineering, cloud platform, and MLOps teams to deliver scalable machine learning solutions and establish reusable MLOps standards and best practices.
