Provide global L1/L2 endpoint and desktop support for macOS and Windows using Jamf and Microsoft Intune; manage tickets in Jira Service Management; escalate to L2/L3 teams; act as shift lead, mentor junior engineers, contribute to SOPs and knowledge base, and meet SLA targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Lead India-based Systems & Endpoint team to run a global L1 service desk. Act as technical authority for Jamf and Intune, manage Jira Service Management, provide L2/L3 India support, oversee networking and AV, recruit and mentor staff, and enforce ITSM/ITIL processes and documentation.
