The Implementation Engineer will configure and optimize solutions for airports using data analysis and technical skills to improve passenger flow and experience. Responsibilities include sensor configuration, data aggregation, and collaboration with teams for successful product implementation.

Support EMEA revenue function: set up projects in NetSuite, ensure revenue reporting under UK GAAP/IFRS 15, produce profitability and variance analysis, assist month-end, manage billing/aged debt, maintain trackers, and support/account train finance assistant.

Senior software test analyst who writes and executes test cases, reviews change requests and acceptance criteria, reports and retests defects (JIRA/Zephyr), supports BAU and project testing, and contributes to process improvements and sustainability initiatives.

Contribute to development, maintenance, deployment, and support of Gentrack products. Analyze customer requests, produce solution artefacts, participate in Agile ceremonies, perform basic network and database tasks, conduct peer reviews, document work, advise customers on product use and industry best practices, and promote technical best practice.

Provide global L1/L2 endpoint and desktop support for macOS and Windows using Jamf and Microsoft Intune; manage tickets in Jira Service Management; escalate to L2/L3 teams; act as shift lead, mentor junior engineers, contribute to SOPs and knowledge base, and meet SLA targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

The Software Engineer will develop and support Gentrack products, collaborate with teams, and ensure quality delivery through various coding practices and customer interactions.

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will support product development, analyze customer requests, create documentation, and ensure quality delivery while collaborating with team members.

The Software Engineer Intermediate will support development, provide solutions, maintain and deploy software, participate in Agile practices, and foster strong client relationships.
