Manage sprint planning, backlog, velocity and release metrics; create project plans and roadmaps; identify and mitigate risks; coordinate cross-functional teams; drive stakeholder and executive reporting; support AI modernization and cloud modernization initiatives to ensure predictable delivery.

Design and develop high-performance desktop software using C++, C#, and .NET. Implement COM/ActiveX integration, optimize real-time multi-threaded event systems, troubleshoot Windows Internals, perform code reviews and automated testing, and profile/debug for performance.
