Lead engineering planning activities including strategic planning, data-driven product/service improvement, feasibility and cost-benefit studies, CAD design, budgeting and financial analysis, workflow and performance measurement, and stakeholder engagement to identify and implement process and product improvements.

Support planning and delivery of project workstreams by producing plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, issues, scope, resources, schedules, assurance, change, and benefits. Lead a small project team, provide guidance, and develop capability through training and coaching while ensuring compliance with governance and project management frameworks.
