Lead technical engagement and long-term success for a portfolio of customers by architecting and implementing observability solutions. Provide troubleshooting, technical reviews, RCA, enablement, training, and documentation. Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, optimize cost, and influence product roadmap. Serve as the customer27s technical owner across onboarding, lifecycle management, and strategic observability maturity planning.

Sell Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to new enterprise customers across India. Prospect, manage full sales cycle (demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations), meet quota, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, handle quotes and orders, and transition customers to Customer Success.
