The Network Engineer, Tier 3 leads operations for GTT's international network, resolving incidents, managing technical validation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include break/fix support, escalation management, and proactive problem management in a service provider environment.

Manage end-to-end global IT procurement, vendor negotiations, and strategic sourcing. Oversee IT asset lifecycle, inventory, logistics, customs compliance, and software licensing (SPLA, Office 365, cloud). Support procure-to-pay, invoice reconciliation, and cross-functional alignment while driving cost optimization, compliance, and reporting for senior management.
