Provide sales administration for sub-1k MRC customers: respond to account queries, manage orders/changes, create pricing/quotes/purchase orders, process credit checks/ceases, support Account Managers, input large quotes, pull Siebel data, and track IONE Trial activations.

Provide centralized sales administration for sub-€1k MRC customers: handle account queries, upgrades, billing issues, create pricing/quotes/purchase orders, and pass orders to delivery teams. Support Account Managers by processing credit checks, credit notes, ceases, CMD data entry, and liaising with internal teams. Manage large/complex regional bid admin tasks including inputting OLO quotes into ONQT and pulling Siebel data. Track IONE trial activations and perform general sales admin duties as requested.
