Develop, optimize, and maintain automated test systems for automotive electronics using LabVIEW/TestStand; perform failure analysis, debug test equipment (PXI/PCI), execute RF and vision tests (Cognex/Banner), analyze test data, and coordinate test instrument procurement, calibration, and documentation to improve product reliability.

Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI solutions (Computer Vision, NLP, Recommendation Systems). Build and optimize models, implement scalable data pipelines and ML workflows on cloud platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into algorithms, ensure secure and performance‑optimized code, and document solutions for stakeholders.

Ensure consistent speaker manufacturing quality through process control plans, PFMEAs, audits, root-cause analysis, CAPA implementation, supplier/customer quality interaction, and QMS documentation per IATF 16949/ISO 9001.

Lead and drive HPS initiatives and continuous improvement across production using Lean, Six Sigma and related methods. Oversee certification, author standards, train personnel, facilitate Kaizen events, support DMAIC problem-solving, analyze process data, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve KPIs and manufacturing efficiency.

Lead development, debugging, and validation of LabVIEW/TestStand-based testers and hardware (NI PXI/PCI). Develop test cases, debug existing testers, support manufacturing failure analysis, review test and PCB designs, manage test equipment procurement/calibration, and generate test reports and documentation.
