Lead and drive HPS initiatives and continuous improvement across production using Lean, Six Sigma and related methods. Oversee certification, author standards, train personnel, facilitate Kaizen events, support DMAIC problem-solving, analyze process data, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve KPIs and manufacturing efficiency.

Manage and optimize SMT and THT production lines to meet targets and KPIs. Implement SOPs, ensure compliance with automotive quality and EHS standards, support NPI, PPAP, FMEA and RCA, lead continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen), coordinate maintenance and training, and supervise line operators to improve yield, efficiency, and safety.

Ensure consistent speaker manufacturing quality via process control plans, PFMEAs, audits, root cause analysis, and CAPA. Collaborate with production, design, suppliers, and overseas teams to improve acoustic, cosmetic, and durability performance and maintain QMS documentation per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
