Lead and drive HPS initiatives and continuous improvement across production using Lean, Six Sigma and related methods. Oversee certification, author standards, train personnel, facilitate Kaizen events, support DMAIC problem-solving, analyze process data, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve KPIs and manufacturing efficiency.

Manage and optimize SMT and THT production lines to meet targets and KPIs. Implement SOPs, ensure compliance with automotive quality and EHS standards, support NPI, PPAP, FMEA and RCA, lead continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen), coordinate maintenance and training, and supervise line operators to improve yield, efficiency, and safety.

Develop and optimize test systems, review circuit designs for testability, perform failure analysis and debugging, run RF and vision testing, use LabVIEW/TestStand and PXI/PCI systems, analyze test data and write reports, support manufacturing and ensure ISO/QS-compliant test processes.
