As a Senior Software Developer at STChealth, you will develop, test, and deploy applications, enhancing healthcare data management and analytics.

Manages U.S. healthcare provider client relationships while overseeing revenue cycle performance, accounts receivable, denials, collections, payer issues, and reimbursement outcomes. Leads client meetings, monitors KPIs, identifies operational risks, coordinates cross-functional corrective actions, supports onboarding and process improvements, and drives client satisfaction and financial performance.

Design, build, and operate end-to-end features across a React/Vite frontend, Node.js/Express/Apollo GraphQL backend, and MongoDB/Elasticsearch data layer. Work with HL7 v2/FHIR immunization pipelines and Kafka ingestion. Use AI coding tools for development and reviews. Instrument services with OpenTelemetry, Pino, and Prometheus; debug via Grafana/Tempo/Loki/Pyroscope. Ensure secure handling of PHI, participate in code review, troubleshoot consumers and deployments, and manage Kubernetes/Helm/ArgoCD/Kargo pipelines.
