Leads and mentors a software engineering team building scalable, reliable, secure platform services and database connectors for enterprise data pipelines. Responsibilities include architecture reviews, distributed backend systems, operational excellence, observability, quality, security, KPI tracking, cross-functional collaboration, hiring, and end-to-end product ownership. The role requires strong technical leadership, system design expertise, scalability and performance optimization, and experience managing or leading engineering teams.

Lead a team building AI-powered connector frameworks, scalable platform services, database connectors, and reliable data pipelines. Own architecture, observability, security, auditability, multi-tenancy, high availability, and exactly-once delivery. Develop engineers, participate in hiring and performance feedback, maintain substantial hands-on coding responsibilities, and guide production incident response. The role supports growth toward Engineering Manager or Staff/Principal Engineer.

Leads and scales Hevo’s global Technical Account Management function, owning post-sales strategy, onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, customer health, and net revenue retention. The role builds TAM playbooks, segments customers, develops dashboards and lifecycle metrics, hires and coaches technical CSEs, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance. It also drives customer advocacy and uses AI and automation to improve team efficiency.
