Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Microsoft Power Platform applications, including secure Power Pages portals, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse solutions. Build scalable data models, business rules, integrations, authentication, and custom web functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and Bootstrap. Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, while producing design, deployment, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Use AI-assisted tools to generate and refine UI and API test cases, develop and maintain Python automation scripts, integrate AI-generated tests into CI/CD and version control, collaborate with QA leads to improve coverage, and troubleshoot and optimize test reliability and performance.

Leads process excellence consulting and business transformation initiatives within customer service operations. Identifies and mentors Six Sigma and Lean projects, conducts value stream and process mapping, ensures ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance, and drives continuous improvement. Promotes Six Sigma practices, mentors Green Belt trainees, recommends delivery model enhancements, and manages large-scale transformation engagements. Consults with customers on Software Asset Management projects, troubleshoots configuration issues, develops technical and functional documentation, and trains internal teams and customers. Lead Workday HR implementations and operational support, with expertise in Core HR, security, business processes, and reporting. Lead design and architecture of custom Workday Extend applications, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, produce technical designs, implement scalable secure solutions, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, provide post-implementation support, and stay current on Workday Extend features and best practices.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US/Canada clients in Workday Payroll, including validations, approvals, off-cycle and retro processing. Perform reconciliations (gross-to-net, payroll-to-GL, bank, tax, benefits), maintain payroll data and EIB loads, troubleshoot integrations (time, benefits, GL, banking), coordinate with vendors/internal teams, and manage payroll queries through ticketing systems to meet SLAs.

Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Python. Focus on model development, production deployment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Communicate findings, solve technical problems, and work in a fast-paced environment. React and TypeScript experience and AI security/risk familiarity are nice-to-haves.

Designs, develops, and leads scalable Pega applications using Constellation architecture. Architects complex workflows, case lifecycles, decisioning logic, and REST/SOAP integrations. Provides technical mentorship, conducts code reviews, tunes performance using Pega diagnostic tools, supports testing, collaborates with stakeholders, and maintains technical documentation.

Designs, develops, and leads scalable Pega applications using Constellation, complex workflows, case management, and decisioning logic. Architects REST, SOAP, file listener, email listener, and messaging integrations; troubleshoots integration issues; tunes performance using Pega diagnostic tools; conducts code reviews and mentors developers. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, supports testing, and maintains technical documentation.

Customize and implement Dynamics 365 (Sales/Customer Service) solutions using Dataverse, plugins, Power Platform and .NET/C#. Lead design, user stories, full-lifecycle development, code reviews, and enforce CRM architecture and customization standards. Azure/DevOps and portal development experience desirable.
