Implements Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, MID Server, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO solutions. Reviews configurations, recommends best practices, and supports domain-separated instances. Requires extensive ServiceNow and IT industry experience plus relevant certifications.
