Participate in PEx consulting assignments, identify and mentor Six Sigma and Lean projects, conduct value stream/process mapping, ensure ISO 9001/27001 compliance, promote Six Sigma culture, mentor Green Belt trainees, recommend delivery model improvements, and manage large-scale transformation engagements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and advising senior management.
