Owns end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, QA/SDET, and technical leadership roles. Builds pipelines for niche talent, advises senior hiring leaders using market intelligence and recruiting analytics, improves hiring funnels and candidate experience, and leverages AI-enabled recruiting tools. The role also mentors recruiters, supports scalable hiring practices, and partners cross-functionally to close critical talent in a global, remote-first environment.

Owns employee lifecycle processes across India, the US, and EOR populations, including offboarding, transitions, leave, benefits, payroll inputs, documentation, and employee requests. Maintains HRIS data, audits, reports, controls, and compliance records. Resolves complex operational matters, partners cross-functionally, supports HR systems and automation initiatives, and drives process improvements using AI and technology.

Leads Revenue Operations for the Support organization, partnering with leadership on planning, forecasting, business reviews, financial modeling, KPI governance, and cost optimization. Builds analytics connecting support performance to retention, churn, and customer lifetime value. Oversees AI support measurement, automation strategy, workflow redesign, data integrity, tooling requirements, and change management. Develops high-performing analyst teams and influences cross-functional Product, GTM, Systems, and AI stakeholders through rigorous, data-backed recommendations.
