As a Senior Software Engineer, you will enhance the HighLevel platform by developing backend services, optimizing performance, ensuring security, and collaborating across teams to resolve technical challenges.

Manage affiliate and endorsement payout operations: validate commission calculations, process weekly payouts, maintain payment and tax records (including 1099s), handle high-volume affiliate inquiries, reconcile endorsement invoices with accounting and marketing, and identify process improvements.

The Software Development Engineer III will enhance stability and scalability of a phone platform, optimize performance and resources, and lead modernization and security efforts.
