Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution mapping, configuration, conversions, integrations, reporting, security, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support. The role requires hands-on expertise across Oracle ERP and HCM modules, technical development using PL/SQL and SQL, OTBI and FRS reporting, data conversion tools, interfaces, approvals, and SSO. The architect also oversees quality, resolves complex issues, leads deliverables, and communicates with clients.

Deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for North American clients: lead discovery, fit-gap, FSDs, hands-on configuration, data conversion, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT/Parallel), deployment, and 30-day hypercare while coordinating cross-functional teams and performing payroll validation and reconciliation.

Lead design, delivery, governance, and operations of OCI cloud environments for AMS clients. Manage cloud teams, ensure security/compliance (SOC2, ITIL), drive cost optimization, vendor/stakeholder governance, incident and capacity management, and promote automation, observability, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
