Leads project controls for customer projects by managing schedules, budgets, earned value, forecasts, audits, risks, change orders, and corrective actions. Ensures consistent use of project management processes, financial systems, ERP tools, and reporting standards. Partners with project, program, finance, operations, sales, and engineering teams to maintain data integrity and project visibility. Coordinates reviews and reporting while leading Project Controls Analysts.

Manages channel operations across distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners. Responsibilities include partner onboarding and governance, sales process optimization, forecasting, performance dashboards, incentive and rebate administration, compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional business planning. The role analyzes channel performance, supports partner expansion and enablement, improves data integrity across business systems, and provides insights to sales and country leadership to drive revenue growth and operational effectiveness.

Supports project controls for India-based projects, including scheduling, cost control, earned value, forecasting, risk analysis, budget monitoring, variance tracking, change management, audits, and monthly reporting. Sets up and maintains project schedules using Primavera P6, implements project controls tools and processes, coordinates timesheets and reviews, and works with project, program, contract, and operations managers. Requires strong analytical, communication, presentation, documentation, and team-management skills.
