Responsibilities include detail engineering, system architecture, BOM development, FAT, SAT, loop checking, site commissioning, cutover, installation supervision, customer interaction, and quality and safety compliance. Requires 6+ years of hands-on experience with control systems, industrial communications, networking, and process industry projects.

Designs, configures, and delivers process data historians, visualization, reporting, HMI, alarm management, and enforcement solutions for industrial clients. Translates functional requirements into technical designs, develops documentation and test procedures, integrates plant data across network layers, and supports stakeholder adoption. Oversees project execution from design through closure, coordinates cross-functional teams, reviews team deliverables, manages customer expectations, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires extensive travel and expertise in industrial automation, process historians, alarm systems, SQL, networking, and systems integration.

Leads technical delivery of industrial process engineering projects from design through closure. Develops equipment performance, analytical, process, KPI, yield accounting, mass balance, and energy balance models. Creates design and testing documentation, leads customer workshops and training, manages schedules, budgets, issues, and stakeholder communications, and coaches engineers. Requires extensive experience implementing KPI and data reconciliation solutions in refining, petrochemical, mining, power, or chemical industries, with SQL, system integration, and Honeywell or comparable process accounting platforms.
