The role requires strong analytical, technical, strategic, and client-management skills, with a focus on high-ticket lead generation and long-term account growth.

Manage and scale paid social campaigns to generate qualified leads for client open-day events. Own performance across creative strategy, acquisition, landing page conversion, and lead-to-booking rates. Conduct market research, direct creative testing, optimize funnels, analyze attribution data, produce monthly reports, and implement performance improvements. The role requires strong paid media expertise, analytical ability, GoHighLevel experience, and comfort with tracking, automation, and AI tools.

Maintain financial records, record transactions, reconcile accounts, manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and payments, support closing and payroll, prepare basic financial reports, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation while working remotely with clients and finance teams.
