Ensure compliance with drawings, schedules, quality, HSE, statutory, and environmental requirements. Monitor progress, resources, materials, and productivity; resolve technical and execution issues; lead site reviews; oversee documentation, testing, commissioning, punch-list closure, as-built records, and final handover.

Reviews technical specifications, drawings, standards, and commercial requirements for AIS/GIS high-voltage substation bids. Prepares techno-commercial proposals, pre-bid queries, scope definitions, technical clarifications, and impact assessments. Coordinates with clients, sales, vendors, site teams, procurement, and engineering groups. Leads the bidding engineering team, reviews deliverables and vendor offers, and supports CT sizing, type-test report evaluation, factory inspections, FAT, and technical witnessing.

Lead multiple EPC substation projects from award through commissioning and closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, clients, subcontractors, vendors, stakeholders, financial controls, risks, and compliance. Resolve technical and commercial issues, oversee energization and performance testing, report project progress, improve processes, and mentor cross-functional project teams.
